Wessex Fleet was founded in 2004 by three friends who remain the three business directors, Tim McNally, Simon Naylor and Spencer Blake. The trio had already worked in the industry for over 15 years combined working for some of the biggest names in the leasing, rental and fleet management sectors before they decided to strike out on their own.
There were two main reasons that the men wanted to set up their own company: to provide quality customer services to their customers which they saw was lacking in some of the bigger names and to give themselves a better work-life balance so they could spend more time with their young families. In the past eighteen years the company has expanded but kept these two core ethos’s at the centre of everything we do and we pride ourselves on the exceptional level of customer service we provide whilst allowing our employees a healthy work-life balance with plenty of opportunity for professional growth.
As we’ve grown, we have expanded the services we provide and one of our areas of speciality is supplying workplaces and school environments with larger vehicles suitable for their unique needs. One vehicle we’re experts in is the minibus and our team is happy to help if you need a new minibus!
